Since 2018, we have worked with Grosvenor Britain & Ireland who are delivering public realm improvement works to Berkeley Square North. The public realm improvements will strengthen Mayfair’s distinctiveness, attractiveness and heritage while also making the square an accessible, open and welcoming environment for all. The improvements will bring wider footpaths, safer pedestrian crossing places, public art installations, better lighting, more trees and high-quality surface finishes.
We have established a Construction Liaison Group made up of local businesses and residents who have been kept informed throughout the works programme.
Located in the heart of Belgravia at Hyde Park Corner, The Peninsula London will bring a new level of distinction to the British luxury hospitality industry, catering to both hotel and local guests.
The new hotel is expected to open in 2021. We have worked with The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited and the wider construction team to deliver effective construction liaison to local businesses and residents throughout the construction programme.
