Rhys is a knowledgeable community and stakeholder engagement practitioner with experience delivering public consultation and engagement programmes on large-scale regeneration projects across London.

Rhys is passionate about the built environment and the public benefits that can realized when communities, stakeholders and developers collaborate, believing that through open dialogue and good engagement it is possible to identify mutual interests and shared aspirations to creates better places and spaces.

With a decade’s experience working in public policy, communications and engagement, Rhys has a keen understanding and interest in the political dimensions that shape the built environment. Rhys is an elected councilor in the London Borough of Hounslow and is vice-Chair of the Planning Committee.

Prior to joining Soundings, Rhys worked on the Brentford Community Stadium project for Brentford FC, having played a leading role in the successful campaign in support of the planning application led by the club’s supporters.
